Order Processing & Shipping Methods
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Days: Orders are shipped on weekends and on holidays as well. Saturday and Sunday are included as shipping days.
- Shipping Methods: We select the most suitable carrier for your order based on your address and the quantity ordered, such as USPS, FedEx, UPS or other reliable logistics partners.
- Bulk Orders: For larger quantities, please allow up to 1-3 additional business days from the shipment date for delivery.
Delivery & Important Notes
- Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
- Please provide a valid phone number and email address so we can reach you if there are any questions or issues regarding your delivery.
- We are unable to ship to military bases or PO Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours and allows you to check the status of your order online at any time.
